The location is super convenient, just 5 minutes from the airport, which I really appreciated. The breakfast selection was limited, though, not enough variety for a longer stay. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in.

The king suite layout includes a separate desk area and a cozy breakfast nook. The staff found its rhythm though and Michelle at the front desk was a highlight with her friendly demeanor.
But the front desk service was a bit hit-or-miss.

The rooms are spacious and have a nice kitchenette, which was great for our family. The breakfast variety was limited, not much to choose from. Front desk service was friendly, but parking was a hassle due to shortages. a decent stay.

During my stay, I found it so easy to explore Nashville thanks to the proximity to notable attractions—just over 6 kilometers from Lane Motor Museum and a little over 5 kilometers from Wave Country, making weekend strolls a breeze, plus the airport shuttle service made my travel seamless, and I loved the clean rooms and comfortable beds that awaited me after my adventures; however, while the hotel's features were generally great, the elevator situation could use some improvement.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice living area and kitchenette. Staff were genuinely friendly, especially when accommodating my request to hold onto the room key while I checked on a flight delay. breakfast wasn't included, which was disappointing given the price. While the hotel was clean overall, the persistent odors in the hallways and my room were distracting. On the last day, the pool vibe turned chaotic with loud guests, and the housekeeping could definitely improve communication and efficiency. It's pet-friendly, which is a big plus for us on future trips.

Our room had a serious leak, leaving the carpet soaked, and the smell by the next day was unbearable. Despite asking for a new room, they couldn’t move us due to being fully booked. It was impossible to sleep.

The bed was super comfy and the room was clean, which was a nice surprise. There were tons of outlets for my gadgets and I loved being able to watch the football game on the TV with the Amazon app. Just wish the breakfast situation was better—everything ran out too early and didn't get restocked.

The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave, keeping the temperature cool. we found a pocket knife in the couch, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The blackout curtains were great for sleeping. Breakfast offered both hot and cold selections, which we enjoyed. The friendly staff made our experience enjoyable. The indoor pool area was a nice touch, and having board games available in the food room added to our fun. the room provided comfort but needs improved attention to detail in cleaning.

Clean and modern facilities. The room was impressively spacious, resembling an apartment more than a hotel. Comfy bedding ensured a restful sleep. Excellent shower pressure and friendly front desk staff enhanced the experience. breakfast was inconsistent. Staffing issues led to empty food stations, and the juice machine was out of order. Delays with room requests were frustrating, and hot water shortages marred the stay. The elevator situation created unnecessary congestion, especially at full capacity. Despite these concerns, I appreciated the courteous staff at check-in. With attention to detail and operational improvements, this hotel could be exceptional. Would consider staying again, but with cautious expectations.

My squad and I had a lit time chilling at Wave Country and hitting the greens at Two Rivers Golf Course. The rooms were dope, with a sick sofa and bar to vibe out with homies before hitting downtown.
Would've loved to have a game room or a cool hangout spot for us young bloods to keep the party going in the hotel.

Beds were like sleeping on a cloud, with different pillow options. The indoor swimming pool was a hit. The front desk staff, especially the night receptionist from Texas, was delightful.
Oh joy, the joy of broken down elevators. Laughable service.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at a pet-friendly hotel near the airport, allowing our beloved pit bull mixes to join us. The staff was incredibly helpful and eager to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, making our holiday getaway even more enjoyable.
The breakfast area lacked variety and proper maintenance, causing some inconvenience. Additionally, the front desk staff's presentation and professionalism could be improved, with inconsistent service quality observed during our visit.

we had a fantastic stay at Sonesta! the room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were well-maintained. we appreciated the friendly and helpful customer service, and the hotel's modern feel. the breakfast was more than edible and the gym had a great variety of equipment. the staff made sure to accommodate our request for a quiet room and were helpful with setting up our Lyft account. overall, it was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, being close to both the airport and the event I was attending.
The hotel seemed a bit understaffed, as some guests had to wait longer due to only one working elevator.

sonesta was so clean and modern! it's real close to the airport. and the staff were super helpful - giving us info on shuttles and getting around town. there's nice connecting rooms for larger families. and the breakfast was top-notch!

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight as a woman traveling alone. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety throughout my time here. The 24-hour reception and free airport shuttle made my arrival and departure seamless. The indoor swimming pool and fitness center were great for unwinding after a long day. The location, with its proximity to stores and eateries, provided convenience at every turn. Plus, being pet-friendly allowed me to bring along my furry companions, which made the experience even better.
